25 Days of Christmas Quotes: Day 4

Some of you may not be familiar with the Grinch, a character created by the legendary children’s book author Dr. Seuss. The Grinch—described as a bitter and greedy creature—loathes Christmas. In How the Grinch Stole Christmas, the Grinch tries to destroy Christmas for the residents of Whoville by stealing their Christmas presents. When Christmas takes place in Whoville despite his vile deed, the Grinch has an epiphany. His repentant words are quoted a little differently across the web, but the main idea is the same:

“Christmas doesn’t come from a store, maybe Christmas perhaps means a little bit more….” (Dr. Seuss, How the Grinch Stole Christmas)

And that is the Christmas quote for today.
